Terms & Conditions (umisushi delivery)

Niwa Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.umisushi.com.sg (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through umisushi delivery hotline at 6265 5545 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.

The Website Online Ordering is available for Delivery and Takeaway. These Terms & Conditions apply to single orders that are below $300.00. For orders above $300.00, please allow a 2-hour advance ordering and contact Hotline for assistance at 6265 5545.

Delivery Charges and Timing

  • Delivery Hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm
  • Hotline Hours: 9.00am to 7.00pm
  • Delivery duration is estimated to be 60 to 90 minutes upon successful order and payment confirmation. Please note that there will be a 30 minutes grace period before / after stipulated delivery time to ensure the safety of our riders due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
  • A minimum order of $30 (excludes delivery charges) applies to all delivery orders
  • A delivery charge of $12.00 applies for both online and phone orders
  • A $2 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23; Bras Basah – 18, 19; Alps Ave – 49
  • For Jurong Island delivery, the stipulated delivery location is at Jurong Island Checkpoint


Delivery Service

  • For any discrepancies (i.e. missing or wrong items) in your delivery order, please contact the store indicated on your umisushi receipt immediately. In some cases, we may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to be emailed to enquiry@umisushi.com.sg within 3 working days from delivery date for verification purposes
  • For urgent assistance on your delivery orders (including checking on delivery order status), please contact our Hotline (Operating Hours – Weekdays: 9.30am – 7.00pm | Weekends & PHs: 9.00am – 7.00pm) at 6265 5545
  • As part of our LOVE MORE, WASTE LESS efforts, no straw will be provided for drinks


Self-Collection Service

  • Self-Collection timings vary according to the operating hours of the stores
  • For Self-Collection, the ASAP (30 mins) function is only available for selected food items – Bento, Donburi, Healthy Soba, Mini Platter, Salad, Sashimi, Appetisers and Drinks



  • Payment can be made securely by credit or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only)
  • Payment is processed by our third party payment service provider(s)
  • We do not store your credit card or payment information on the Website



  • Once an order is placed, no cancellation or modification is allowed upon confirmation and payment. In this case, we are not liable to provide a refund



  • Prices shown are inclusive of GST
  • Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional items from its menu where it deemed fit
  • All items/dishes and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
